Our SPC hybrid vinyl plank has a stone-polymer core that does not swell with water or flinch at humidity. On the coast that matters twice. Every board in the Classic Collection is the same build: a water resistant, silica-free rigid core, IXPE acoustic underlay built into the plank and a Välinge 2G click-lock. The underlay comes with the floor, so there is one product to order, deliver and lay. It carries a 25 year residential and 5 year commercial surface wear warranty.
Stock held and released stage by stage
Dropping a whole job’s flooring on site on day one is how boards get knocked about before they are laid. Because the stock sits in our warehouse rather than with an overseas supplier, we can hold it and release it as each stage is ready. We take custom and bulk orders for medium and large projects and stage the deliveries to your programme.

Acoustic test results are available on request. Your certifier or body corporate gets what they need without chasing us.
If the building will have by-laws on hard floors and noise, read them before you specify. It is far easier to sort at tender than after the floor is down.

In most units and townhouses the hybrid runs through the living areas, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms and meets the tiles at the wet-area doorways. Colours that work across a whole building
A development needs a floor that most buyers can picture their own furniture on. The Classic Collection has eight colours in stock at Burleigh, and three of them suit that job well:
- Desert Sands: a light, sandy greige that sits between warm and cool, works with most furniture and wall colours and disguises everyday dust. A neutral, low-fuss floor for open-plan areas.
- Blackbutt: a warm, natural honey timber look that suits both modern and traditional interiors. All the charm of the Aussie hardwood, fully water resistant.
- Whitewashed: a light, washed oak look for bright, open spaces and coastal interiors. It keeps a room clean and spacious and hides sand better than anything else in the range.
